The ASD-1250 comes with the Silver Guard Magnet. Simply attach the magnet under the sink around the throat of the disposer. The Magnetic Silver Guard captures most metal objects before they enter into the disposer chamber. This protective feature helps prevent damage to valuable cutlery.
