Product Details

Our moldings are designed to coordinate with your Mohawk Home laminate wood flooring. They cover the necessary expansion gap between the floor and the wall and provide a clean transition from surface to surface. They’re available in a variety of styles to solve just about any installation challenge — like transitioning through doorways or stopping a floor at a sliding glass door. Plus they are easy to install with just a few simple tools. The perfect finish to your floor!

External factors can impact the visual appearance of the moldings chosen to coordinate with the flooring installation. Some examples would be proximity to windows, the amount of natural light in the home as compared to artificial lighting, types of lightbulbs, etc. These factors should all be kept in mind as you plan your flooring installation.

Multifunctional Molding

Multifunctional Molding

Solve a variety of installation challenges with one piece of molding. Simply cut away the part of the molding not needed for the specific installation you’re doing with the supplied special cutting tool. Can be used as t-mold, reducer, end molding or carpet reducer.

 Typical room transitions are 36”- 38”. Length allows for two typical transitions from one piece of molding.

 

Quarter Round

Quarter Round

Create a clean finish for your floor while covering the necessary expansion gap between the floor and the wall. Quarter round molding can be used with or without wall base to achieve your desired look.

Stair Nose

Finish the front edge of your stairs with coordinating stair nose molding that covers flooring seams and protects against heavy traffic. Perfect for stair edges or step down applications.
